Precollege is a term used to describe educational programs and activities that are designed for students who are not yet enrolled in college. ELHI stands for 'Elementary and/or Secondary Education, Higher Education, and/or Industry, ' which is a type of precollege program that focuses on providing students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in college and the workforce. ELH stands for 'Elementary and/or Secondary Education and Higher Education, ' which is another type of precollege program that focuses on preparing students for college-level courses. Both ELHI and ELH programs provide students with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge before entering college.
