Poker Variation is a term used to describe the different types of poker games that can be played. The four most common variations are DRAW, STUD, Highlow, and Deuceswild. DRAW is a game where players are dealt five cards and then can discard any number of them in order to DRAW new cards. STUD is a game where players are dealt seven cards, three face down and four face up, and then must make the best five-card hand. Highlow is a game where the pot is split between the highest and lowest hands. Finally, Deuceswild is a game where all twos are wild cards, meaning they can be used to represent any card.
