The term PLO HEAD is referring to Yasser ARAFAT, the former leader of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). ARAFAT was a Palestinian political leader who served as the Chairman of the PLO from 1969 until his death in 2004. He was also the President of the Palestinian National Authority from 1996 until his death. ARAFAT was a controversial figure in the Middle East and was involved in numerous peace negotiations with Israel.
