A playground item is an object or structure that is designed for children to play on in a playground. Common playground items include the SEESAW, SLIDE, SWING, TEETER, and eeeroer. The SEESAW is a long board balanced on a fulcrum, allowing two people to sit on either end and rock back and forth. A SLIDE is a sloping surface that allows children to SLIDE down from a higher point to a lower point. A SWING is a suspended seat that is attached to two ropes or chains, allowing a person to SWING back and forth.
