Picadors' weapons are LANCES, which are long, wooden poles with a sharp metal tip. LANCES were traditionally used by picadors, or horse-mounted bullfighters, in the sport of bullfighting. The picador would use the lance to stab the bull in order to weaken it before the matador entered the ring.
