The SINAI Peninsula is a triangular peninsula located in Egypt, between the Mediterranean Sea to the north and the Red Sea to the south. It is bordered by Israel to the northeast and the Gulf of Aqaba to the east. The SINAI Peninsula is considered to be a part of Egypt, and is the only part of the country located in Asia. It is home to Mount SINAI, the traditional site of the biblical revelation of God to Moses.
