Passover bread, also known as Matzo or Matzoh, is an unleavened bread traditionally eaten during the Jewish holiday of Passover. Matzo is made from flour and water and is usually flat and cracker-like in texture. Matzoh is a variation of Matzo, which is made with egg and oil added to the dough. Both Matzo and Matzoh are eaten during Passover as a reminder of the haste with which the Israelites left Egypt.
