A paraprofessional, for one, is a person who assists a professional in a particular field. They are often referred to as aides and typically have a lower level of education than the professional they are assisting. Paraprofessionals can be found in many different fields, such as education, healthcare, and social work. They provide support to professionals by helping with administrative tasks, providing guidance to students or clients, and performing other duties as assigned.
