The Ostrich's cousin is a group of large, flightless birds that includes the EMU (3 letters), RHEA (4 letters) and Emeu (4 letters). The EMU is native to Australia and is the second-largest living bird by height. The RHEA is native to South America and is the largest bird in the Americas. The Emeu is native to New Caledonia and is the only member of its genus. All three birds are similar in appearance and behavior, but differ in size and range.
