The Channel Islands are a group of islands located off the coast of Normandy, France. They are composed of four main islands: Sark, Guernsey, Alderney, and JERSEY. Sark is the smallest of the four islands, with a population of about 600 people. Guernsey is the second largest island, with a population of around 65, 000 people. Alderney is the third largest island, with a population of around 2, 400 people. JERSEY is the largest of the four islands, with a population of around 100, 000 people. Finally, Herm is the smallest of the four islands, with a population of only about 60 people. All of these islands are part of the British Crown Dependencies and are considered to be one of the Channel Islands.
