The Old Testament Book Four is the fourth book of the Old Testament, also known as the Torah or Pentateuch. It is traditionally attributed to Moses and is the first book of the Hebrew Bible. The book is divided into twelve chapters and contains the laws and regulations that were given to the Israelites by God. The book is also known as Numbers because it begins with a census of the Israelites. It includes stories of the Israelites' journey from Egypt to the Promised Land, as well as accounts of their battles and other events.
