Ohio Congressman Tim Ryan is a Democratic politician who has served in the United States House of Representatives since 2003. He represents Ohio's 13th congressional district, which includes parts of Summit, Portage, Stark, and Trumbull counties. Ryan is a member of the House Appropriations Committee and the House Budget Committee. He is also a member of the Congressional Progressive Caucus and the New Democrat Coalition.
