Nursing assistants, also known as aides, are healthcare professionals who provide basic care to patients in hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical facilities. They help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating, as well as providing emotional support. Nursing assistants also take vital signs, measure and record patient intake and output, and assist with medical equipment. They work under the supervision of nurses and doctors.
