Mint sets are collections of coins from a particular year or series, often issued by a government mint. An Indian Head Penny is a one-cent COIN minted by the United States from 1859 to 1909. It features an image of Lady Liberty wearing a Native American headdress. Collecting these items is a popular hobby among numismatists, or COIN collectors.
