Neil Gaiman is an English novelist, short story writer, comic book writer, and screenwriter. He is best known for his works of fantasy and science fiction, such as the novel American Gods and the Sandman comic series. Gaiman has won numerous awards, including the Hugo, Nebula, and Bram Stoker awards, as well as the Newbery and Carnegie medals.
