Don DeLillo is an American novelist best known for his works of postmodern literature. He has written seventeen novels, including White Noise, Libra, and Underworld. DeLillo has won numerous awards, including the National Book Award for Fiction in 1985 for White Noise and the Jerusalem Prize in 2015. He was also a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 1986 for White Noise and in 2005 for Cosmopolis.
