The Nigerian-born Grammy winner is Sade, a British singer, songwriter, and actress. She has released six studio albums, with her debut album Diamond Life (1984) being certified quadruple platinum in the UK and double platinum in the US. She has won numerous awards, including a Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 1986. She has also been nominated for five Brit Awards and won a Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals in 2011.
