Maria Shriver is an American journalist, author, and former First Lady of California. She is the daughter of Eunice Kennedy Shriver and Sargent Shriver, and is a member of the Kennedy family. Maria Shriver is best known for her work as a newswoman, having worked for NBC News from 1986 to 2004.
