NERD's KIN is a term used to describe people who are similar to nerds, but not quite as extreme. The three words that can be used to describe these people are DWEEB (5 letters), TWERP (5 letters), and GEEK (4 letters). A DWEEB is someone who is socially awkward and often seen as a bit of an outcast. A TWERP is someone who is immature and often seen as annoying. Finally, a GEEK is someone who is very knowledgeable in a certain area, but may not be socially adept. All three terms are used to describe people who are similar to nerds, but not quite as extreme.
