Nate Thurmond was an American professional basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was a seven-time All-Star and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1985. He is best known for his time with the Golden State Warriors, where he was a four-time All-NBA selection and the first player in NBA history to record an official quadruple-double. Thurmond also played for the Chicago Bulls and Cleveland Cavaliers during his 14-year career.
