Nate Thurmond was an NBA great who played for the San Francisco/Golden State Warriors, Chicago Bulls, and Cleveland Cavaliers. He was a seven-time All-Star and a four-time All-NBA selection. He was also a five-time All-Defensive Team selection and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1985. Thurmond is considered one of the greatest defensive centers in NBA history.
