Rita Moreno is an actress, singer, and dancer from Puerto Rico who has been active in the entertainment industry since the 1950s. She is best known for her role as Anita in the 1961 film adaptation of West Side Story, for which she won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Moreno also won a Grammy Award for her performance of the song 'FEVER' in the same film. She has also won two Emmy Awards, three Tony Awards, and a Golden Globe Award.
