Luna is a moon personification in Roman mythology, often depicted as the divine embodiment of the Moon. She is often presented as the female complement to the Sun-god Sol. LUNA is also sometimes associated with Hecate, the goddess of witchcraft, and is often depicted riding in a chariot drawn by two horses. LUNA is also associated with the Greek goddess Selene, who is the personification of the Moon in Greek mythology.
