The Montreal Subway, also known as the METRO, is a rapid transit system in Montreal, Canada. It consists of four lines and 68 stations, and is operated by the Societe de transport de Montreal (STM). The METRO is the second busiest rapid transit system in Canada, after Toronto's subway system. It serves many of the city's major attractions, including Old Montreal, the Montreal Botanical Garden, and the Olympic Stadium.
