Wes Montgomery was an American jazz guitarist who is widely considered one of the greatest and most influential jazz guitarists of all time. He was known for his distinctive fingerstyle technique, complex melodic lines, and use of octaves. Montgomery's style was rooted in bebop but he also incorporated blues and gospel influences. He released several albums throughout his career, including The Incredible Jazz Guitar of Wes Montgomery and Full House.
