Stan Mikita was a professional hockey player who played for the Chicago Blackhawks from 1958 to 1980. He was one of the most prolific scorers in the National Hockey League (NHL) and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1983. He was also known for his physical play, earning him the nickname 'Stosh'. Mikita was the first player to win the Hart Trophy, Art Ross Trophy, and Lady Byng Trophy in the same season. He was also the first European-born player to be awarded the Hart Trophy.
