Marsha Mason is an American actress and director who is best known for her role as Paula McFadden in the 1977 romantic comedy 'The Goodbye Girl'. She was nominated for four Academy Awards for her performances in the films 'Cinderella Liberty', 'The Goodbye Girl', 'Only When I Laugh' and 'Chapter Two'. Mason has also appeared in numerous television shows, including 'Frasier', 'The Middle' and 'Roseanne'.
