Marathoner's Woe is a term used to describe the physical pain and discomfort experienced by long-distance runners. The two most common ailments associated with this are ACHE and CRAMP. ACHE is a dull, continuous pain that can be felt in any part of the body, while CRAMP is a sudden, sharp pain caused by muscle spasms. Both of these can be extremely debilitating for marathoners, making it difficult to continue running.
