Luke Skywalker, for one, is a fictional character from the Star Wars franchise. He is a Jedi Knight and the main protagonist of the original trilogy. He is portrayed by Mark Hamill in the films and is the son of Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala. He is a member of the Skywalker family and is the twin brother of Princess Leia Organa. He is also a mentor to Rey, the protagonist of the sequel trilogy.
