Lens type is a term used to describe the different types of lenses available for cameras and other optical devices. The most common lens types are trifocal (8 letters), ZOOM (4 letters), macro (5 letters), fisheye (7 letters) and CONTACT (7 letters). Trifocal lenses are designed to provide a wide range of focus, from near to far. ZOOM lenses allow the user to adjust the focal length of the lens, allowing for more flexibility in composition. Macro lenses are designed to capture close-up images with greater detail. Fisheye lenses create an exaggerated perspective, creating a distorted image. CONTACT lenses are thin lenses that are placed directly on the eye to correct vision.
