Legislative bodies are organizations that are responsible for making laws. The most common legislative bodies are senates, DIETS, and HOUSES. Senates are typically composed of members who are elected by the people and represent their interests in government. DIETS are similar to senates, but they are usually found in countries with a parliamentary system. HOUSES are also similar to senates, but they are usually found in countries with a bicameral legislature. All three of these legislative bodies are responsible for creating laws that govern their respective countries.
