A labor group is a collective of individuals who work together to protect and promote the rights of workers. Midwives, or those who assist in childbirth, are an example of a labor group, as they often form unions to ensure fair wages and working conditions. Similarly, mammas, or mothers, can also form labor groups to advocate for better parental leave policies and other benefits. All of these labor groups work together to ensure that workers are treated fairly and have access to the resources they need.
