Kuwait VIP is a term used to refer to the highest ranking members of the Kuwaiti government. The two most important positions in Kuwait are the EMIR and the Imam. The EMIR is the head of state and the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, while the Imam is the spiritual leader of the country. Both of these positions are held by members of the Al-Sabah family, who have been ruling Kuwait since the 18th century.
