Osiris is a king in Egyptian mythology, known as the god of the afterlife, the underworld, and rebirth. He was the son of Geb, god of the Earth, and Nut, goddess of the sky. He was married to his sister Isis, and together they had a son, Horus. Osiris was murdered by his brother Set, but was resurrected by Isis. He then became the ruler of the underworld and judge of the dead.
