Talent scouts are people who search for and evaluate potential TALENT in various fields. GIRL Scouts are a youth organization for girls that focuses on building character, developing leadership skills, and helping others. CUB Scouts are a youth organization for boys that focuses on outdoor activities, citizenship, and personal fitness. EAGLE Scouts are the highest rank attainable in the Boy Scouts of America program, and require a significant amount of service and dedication to achieve. All of these organizations are types of scouts, and each has its own unique set of requirements and activities.
