Justice Kagan et al. is a term used to refer to the Supreme Court of the United States, which is currently composed of nine justices, including Elena Kagan. The other justices are Chief Justice John Roberts, Stephen Breyer, Samuel Alito, Sonia Sotomayor, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, and Amy Coney Barrett.
