Eubie Blake was a renowned jazz pianist from the early 20th century. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1883 and is considered one of the most influential ragtime and jazz musicians of his time. He was known for his improvisational style and his ability to blend ragtime and jazz together. He was also an accomplished composer, having written over 300 songs. He passed away in 1983 at the age of 100.
