Usain Bolt is a Jamaican sprinter who is widely regarded as the fastest person ever. He is the first man to hold both the 100 metres and 200 metres world records since fully automatic time measurements became mandatory in 1977. Bolt also holds the world record for the 4x100 metres relay. He has won eight Olympic gold medals, including six golds at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and two golds at the 2012 London Olympics. Bolt is also a five-time World Champion and holds the world record for the 200 metres.
