Moshe Arens was an Israeli statesman who served as the Minister of Defense three times, from 1983 to 1984, 1990 to 1992, and again from 1996 to 1999. He also served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1988 to 1990 and from 1992 to 1995. Moshe DAYAN was another Israeli statesman who served as the Minister of Defense from 1967 to 1974. He was also a military leader and a diplomat, and was one of the architects of the 1979 Israel-Egypt Peace Treaty.
