Iron Pumper's Pride is a term used to describe the physical strength and muscularity of a bodybuilder. It is composed of the acronyms PECS (Pectoralis Major and Minor), MUSCLE (MUltifidus Spinae Cervicis and Lumborum), BOD (Back, Obliques and Deltoids), PEC (Pectoralis Major), ABS (Abdominal Muscles) and BICEPS (BICEPS Brachii). DELTOIDS (Deltoideus Anterior, Medial and Posterior) are also included in this term. Together, these muscles form the basis of a bodybuilder's physique and are the source of their pride.
