Involuntary motions, also known as TICS, are sudden, repetitive movements or vocalizations that are beyond the control of the person experiencing them. They can range from mild to severe and can be caused by a variety of conditions, such as Tourette Syndrome, anxiety, or stress. TICS can be both physical and vocal, and can include blinking, twitching, jerking, and grunting. While TICS can be disruptive, they are generally not harmful and can be managed with medication, therapy, or lifestyle changes.
