An intermeditator is a person who acts as a go-between or INTERMEDIARY for two parties in order to facilitate a transaction. This role is also known as a BROKER, which is a term used to describe someone who acts as an agent for a buyer or seller in a commercial transaction. Intermediators and brokers are responsible for negotiating the terms of a transaction and helping to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
