Yogis are Hindu ascetics who practice yoga and meditation in order to attain spiritual enlightenment. Jains are ascetics from the Jain religion who practice non-violence and asceticism in order to reach spiritual liberation. All three traditions emphasize the importance of self-discipline and renunciation of material possessions in order to achieve spiritual growth.
