The Inca were an ancient South American civilization that flourished in the Andes Mountains from the 12th to 16th centuries. The Inca spoke a language called QUECHUA, which is still spoken today by millions of people in the Andes region. QUECHUA is an indigenous language of the Americas and is the most widely spoken language of the pre-Columbian Americas. It is also the official language of Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador.
