Ice formations are solidified forms of water that can be found in many places around the world. The most common ice formations are CUBES, floes, and bergs. CUBES are solid blocks of ice that form when water freezes. Floes are large sheets of floating ice that form when a body of water is frozen over. Bergs are large chunks of ice that break off from glaciers and icebergs. All three of these ice formations can be seen in both the Arctic and Antarctic regions.
