Hunch Over is a posture in which the body is bent forward at the waist and the back is curved. It is commonly referred to as slouching, bending, or stooping. Slouching is when the body is bent forward and the back is rounded, while bending is when the body is bent forward at the waist and the knees are slightly bent. Stooping is when the body is bent forward at the waist and the back is curved. All three of these postures are associated with hunching over.
