Ernie Hudson is an American actor best known for his role as Winston Zeddemore in the 1984 film Ghostbusters. He also starred in the 1989 sequel, Ghostbusters II. Hudson has had a long and successful career in television and film, with roles in shows such as Oz, Law & Order, and The Secret Life of the American Teenager. He is also a voice actor, having provided the voice of the character of Uncle Phil in the animated series The Proud Family.
