HOSP. TESTS is an acronym for Hospital Tests, which are tests that are conducted in a hospital setting to diagnose and treat medical conditions. Two of the most common hospital tests are EEGs (Electroencephalogram) and EKGs (Electrocardiogram). EEGs measure electrical activity in the brain and are used to diagnose neurological disorders such as epilepsy, while EKGs measure the electrical activity of the heart and are used to diagnose heart conditions such as arrhythmia.
