A gymnastic maneuver is a physical activity that requires strength, agility, and coordination. The three most common maneuvers are the FLIP, nipup, and SPLIT. A FLIP is a rotation of the body in the air, usually performed from a standing or running position. A nipup is a move where the gymnast goes from a lying position to a standing position without using their hands. A SPLIT is a move where the gymnast jumps into the air and splits their legs in opposite directions.
