Nadia Comaneci is a Romanian gymnast who achieved international fame when she became the first gymnast to score a perfect 10 at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal. She went on to win three gold medals and one bronze medal at the same Olympics, making her one of the most successful athletes of the Games. Comaneci is widely considered to be one of the greatest gymnasts of all time and has been inducted into the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame.
